Email newsletter developed as one portion of the Guaranteed Rate Foundation’s brand re-design. Previously, the Guaranteed Rate Foundation did not have a strong digital presence and this email was developed to help bring users to the Foundation’s new website.
The email is deployed monthly to various different audiences and provides an overarching look at the assistance the Guaranteed Rate Foundation has provided over the past month. It was important for the Guaranteed Rate Foundation that the email highlighted individual recipients of their donations, so their readers could understand at a glance the direct assistance they are providing. In order to accomplish this, individual donation recipients are featured but the copy blurbs are concise, with a call-to-action prompting users to visit the website to get their full stories. The entire design was considered for both desktop and mobile viewing—icon legibility, layout variations and copy fluidity at various screen sizes within a responsive design.
