This is a billboard ad affixed to the west side of Guaranteed Rate’s corporate office which can be seen if you are riding or waiting for public transportation at the elevated train station directly across the street. Modeled after Chicago’s CTA platform markers the goal for this was to be quickly readable and immediately recognizable. With typically only seconds to catch a viewer’s attention this needed a simple message free from clutter.
