A refreshed concept for a Guaranteed Rate product campaign emails—this was drafted as part of a broader Guaranteed Rate brand refresh brainstorm among the in-house creative team.
The goal of this concept was to blend Guaranteed Rate’s use of live-text email with a more flashy approach, akin to an email from the retail sector. As a mortgage service provider, many of Guaranteed Rate’s emails are bulky and copy-focused as a way to convey legal information to the customer, making many consumers feel like they are reading a textbook. This concept divides that important information throughout the entire email. In doing so the content no longer overwhelms the recipient and guides them through a more structured view of the program. Multiple call-to-action points throughout provide a higher and more immediate chance for engagement.
