Prior to introducing these quarterly email newsletters, Wintrust was not engaging their customers through email on a regular basis, apart from irregular invitations to community bank events.
In an effort to build engagement and curate a customer base more knowledgeable about the services their Wintrust Community Bank already provides them, this quarterly campaign comprised of an email newsletter and social media content focusing on topical blog content and app features was introduced.
